Charlotte with a Rose

This stamp was originally made with Mother's Day in mind...but I think it's very versatile.  I think it's great for birthdays, spring, and friendship cards.  She reminds me of a sweet little country girl out picking flowers.  Though I am allergic to pollen, I love daffodils.

Today I am giving away Charlotte with a Rose. Included with the Charlotte with a Rose stamp is 6 sheets of Basic Grey Porcelain paper, 20 mixed matching buttons, 3 feet of matching ribbon, 8 matching Prima flowers, and the card that I have created.

Paper: Basic Grey Porcelain
Stamps: Sparkle Creations, sentiment is Amuse
Pearls, Prima Flowers, PTI Buttons, Twine, Copics, and Crystal Stickles

You have until midnight tonight to tell me what your favorite flower is. You must comment on the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps blog in order to win. I will randomly choose a lucky winner! Good luck!

I will be back tomorrow with another Greeting Farm Critter Crew card!

Happy Birthday Michael!

Yesterday, my little brother Michael turned 3! Can you believe it?!?  He's just so darling and I really do wish I got to see him and Em a lot more.  My family went down to Fresno, CA for Father's Day weekend, so they just got back from their trip.  My dad told me last week that they were just planning on doing cake, since that's all Michael really cares about anyways, lol.

I really wanted this stamp set because it has the sentiment 'sparkle' in it. Of course I still haven't used it, but since I think Oliver looks like Michael...here's the card I made for him.  I only have green washi tape so far, so I've been trying to make projects that will match with it.  I also used Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #74 for this.

Paper: Sassafras Applejack
Stamps: The Greeting Farm, sentiment is Kraftin Kimmie
Washi Tape, CTMH Bigger Brads, Copics, American Craft Thickers

Everyone have a fabulous Thursday! Big Brother starts in 2 weeks! :)

Rollabella Beep Beep Card

I just love this Bella because she reminds me of all the time I spent at Skate World as a child.  She's got people to see and places to be!  Of course we didn't have cool iPods back then...we had walkmans, lol.  I use to spend hours recording songs off the radio onto tapes!

I wanted to play a bit more with my felt, so I made these fun matching flowers for my card.  I really like layering the felt with paper.  It doesn't make your flower get too bulky.  And then I hand stitched the buttons on with embroidery floss.

Paper: Basic Grey June Bug
Stamps: Stamping Bella, sentiment is Amuse
Felt, CB Flower Dies, PTI Buttons, Copics, Friskars Border Punch

Everyone have a fabulous hump day! Excited for SYTYCD!

Fixafella and House Mouse Father's Day Cards

One of my co-workers asked me to make him some Father's Day cards and here are the cards I made.  And just more of an FYI...I have stopped taking custom orders in my Etsy. But don't worry, I am still selling my cards!

I haven't used this Fella is probably years, lol. And after uploading this picture, can you guess how many Bella cards I've made?!? This is my 225th one. That's pretty crazy, eh?

Paper: Basic Grey Max and Whiskers
Stamps: Stamping Bella, sentiment is PTI
CTMH Bigger Brads, Twine, Copics, and EK Success Border Punches

I got this House Mouse image from Wish RAK many moons ago.  My FIL is a huge golf fanatic, so thats why I originally wished for this image.  Isn't he just darling?!?

Paper: Basic Grey Max and Whiskers
Stamps: House Mouse, sentitment is PTI
Copics, Twine, and BG Buttons

Well, I hope you all have a fabulous Tuesday! I'm still wishing for some summer weather over here! Please share with me!

Oliver My Buddy Card

Isn't Oliver just the cutest?!?  He reminds me of my little brother, Michael.  I will admit that I am way more of a cat person, but Brent just adores dogs.  I wanted to break into my Max and Whiskers paper and this was the perfect stamp to match!

Paper: Basic Grey Max and Whiskers
Stamps: The Greeting Farm
CTMH Bigger Brads, Twine, Nestabilities, and Copics

Well, I hope you all have a lovely Monday...it's back to work for me. I will be extremely busy this week as we're training and getting ready to launch our first Canadian Moneytree. So I may not be commenting for a few days and response time to emails may be a little delayed. But I do have a full week of posts...so I guess that makes up for it right?!? Gonna go get me a venti caramel macchiato!

Christmas Card Challenge Week #29 - Recipe Challenge

Wow, I actually made a Christmas card for today!  I've been super busy with life, my day job, and getting ready to share lots of fun stuff with you all.  Hasn't my lovely DT been rockin' it the last few weeks without me?!?  I appreciate all the hard work!

Don't forget to check out the Christmas Card Challenge blog to see the rest of the DT's lovely creations!  If you haven't started...this is the perfect time to start your Christmas cards for this year!

Well, today's challenge is a recipe challenge with a twist. The recipe: 3 pieces of patterned paper, 2 buttons, and 1 ribbon. The twist: use transparency on your card. As you can see, I kindof cheated with this one. I only used one piece of patterned paper. Honestly, I'm just happy I got a Christmas card done this week, lol.

Paper: Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses
Stamps: Riley and Co, sentiment is Amuse
PTI Buttons and Ribbon, Nestabilities, Twine, Copics, and Crystal Stickles

ETA: I thought I could live without my big pictures...but I can't, lol.

Brent and I are going to the Mariner's game today...so I'm very excited for garlic fries, lol!  I hope those who are celebrating have a wonderful Father's day!  And for those who are a bit sad today, a great big hug as I understand the loss of a parent. Everyone have a fabulous Sunday!

Raise the Bar Challenge #23 - Special Guy

This week's challenge is to make a card for a special guy. Don't forget to check out the Raise the Bar blog to see the rest of the DT's lovely creations.

Sadly, today is my last day as a Bartender. With the reveal of my secret project next week, you will see how busy I am going to be. :) I have enjoyed my time with this lovely group of ladies and I have never laughed so hard! Gotta love the movie themed week! Wink, wink. You ladies will be greatly missed!

Since it's Father's Day tomorrow, here is the card I made for my dad. This is actually what my dad looks like when he's out doing yard work. I've always bought my dad a tie, but since he's retired now, I guess I'll have to start buying him socks, lol.

Well, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Since I was just home, I'm staying in town this weekend. Will probably just clean, craft, and do laundry today.

Birthday Wishes Maria Card

Saturday is my friend Peggy's birthday and here is the card I made her. I finally took the plunge and cut into my lovely Capella paper. Again, Maria doesn't look anything like Peggy, but I know this card will suit Peggy well. I also used CPS #170 for this.

High School Reunion and Little Ones

Only half of my high school core group came, but it was great to see the ones who came. Here is Nicci, me, and Jessie. Nicci was my best friend in high school. Of course being teens, we let petty things ruin our friendship, but it was so nice to see her and catch up.

The next picture is of me and Dani. We both belonged to different clicks, but had a few classes together. We use to cruise the mall and eat dessert at Applebee's!

This is me, Brent, Scot, and Christine. Scot was my first real boyfriend, but is now a close friend and just like a brother to me. Christine is my cousin and her and Scot are really happy together! It's nice to actually have Scot be a part of the family.

I forget that we haven't seen all of these people in years and they don't know that Scot and I are still friends. So of course they ask if it's weird and they avoided talking about Scot around Brent. But actually, Brent and Scot get along really well. :) Both are twins and love sports like no other.

This is me, Lana, Valerie, and Amber. I was surprised by how many people still hold on to those old high school grudges. I haven't lived at home in so long, I was just happy to see everyone. I was also really sad to hear that one of my good childhood friends had become schizophrenic and was institutionalized.

Most of the people who I wanted to see and didn't get to see still around in the area, so I might have to make a special trip to Portland just to see friends. It's hard not to get wrapped up seeing all of mine and Brent's family while we're in town.

And of course I have to post pictures of me and the little ones. I just adore my little brother and sister. I just love this picture of me and Emily! And you can see Michael's hand because he wants a turn too, lol. I wish I saw them much more often.

Isn't he just the most darling little man you've ever seen? I could just cuddle with him all day. :) Well, I hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday!

Happy Birthday Jade

Tomorrow is my friend Kari's birthday and here is the card I made her. Jade doesn't look anything like Kari, but just thought she would like this fun and bright card. I wasn't really going for the wonder woman look with the blue and red, but I still love how her outfit turned out. I also used Unscripted Sketches #57.

Paper: Sassafras Applejack
Stamps: The Greeting Farm, sentiment is Amuse
Pearls, Copics, PTI Buttons, Twine, Sassafras Flower

I had a fabulous trip home! It's always a ton of fun seeing all of my siblings. Em and Michael are getting so big! The reunion was a lot of fun and it was great to see some of my high school friends who I haven't seen in years. I don't have my USB cable as I'm typing this...so I will post pictures tomorrow.

I hope you all have a great Monday...it's back to work for me! And Bachelorette is on tonight!

Strummabella Card and Raise the Bar Challenge #22 - Sweet Music

This week's challenge is Sweet Music. Make any card with a musical theme. Don't forget to check out the Raise the Bar blog to see the rest of the DT's lovely creations!

Well, this is one of my newer Bellas that is collecting dust. I knew she would be perfect for this challenge, but it kindof weirds me out because you can't see her skirt, lol.

Paper: Basic Grey Offbeat
Stamps: Stamping Bella
Twine, PTI Buttons, Copics, CTMH Brads, and Crystal Stickles

I hope you all have a wonderful Saturday! I'll be at my high school reunion, so I will share pics once I get back!

Farm Fresh Friday - Sketch Challenge

This week's challenge is a sketch challenge, made by Mercy. Don't forget to check out the Greeting Farm blog to see the actual sketch and the rest of the DT's lovely creations.

I just love Randy and I'm still trying to up all of my lovely paper. Though I'm not really a yellow fan, I love it with the red, orange, and green. I even got some washi tape on there too.

Paper: Basic Grey Sugar Rush
Stamps: The Greeting Farm, sentiment is Amuse
BG Bloomers, PTI Buttons, Washi Tape, Crystal Stickles, and EK Success Border Punch

Last night I got my nails done. :) I haven't had acrylics since the Manager's Conference in November. I love them but I'm so bad, because my favorite thing to do is to click my nails together. Guess it's time to give up some rubber so I can keep these puppies on for awhile.

I'm leaving to go home today, so I won't be around blog land til I get back Sunday night. I will answer emails and get back to commenting on Monday! Everyone have a fabulous Friday! It's almost the weekend!

Dipolmafella Card

Shamefully, this is the first time this stamp has ever seen ink. This was a custom order for my co-worker's brother. He's graduating from high school tonight and with my reunion this weekend, I feel old, lol. I flipped Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #77 on the side for this.

Paper: Basic Grey Boxer
Stamps: Stamping Bella, sentiment is AmyR

Everyone have a fabulous Thursday! Will be back tomorrow with TGF Farm Fresh Friday!

My Sweet Drucilla

Over Memorial Day weekend I made myself use up all of the scraps that have been sitting on my desk. I've had a stack of colored images sitting around for months, lol. I also used Mojo Monday #140 for this.

With my choice of sentiment, you all probably think I'm psycho, but I promise you I'm really quite sane. :) I just have a twisted side to humor sometimes. I'm not really sure what I will do with this card...maybe hang it up in my office at work, lol.

Paper: Basic Grey Sugar Rush
Stamps: Kraftin Kimmie, sentiment is TGF
PTI Buttons, PTI Ribbon, Copics, Crystal Stickles, Nestabilities, Rhinestones, Basic Grey Bloomers

Everyone have a fabulous hump day! 2 more days til I go home. I'm so excited to see Emily.

Cuddle Anya

Another lonely stamp that is finally seeing some ink, lol. I just fell in love with this Anya the moment I saw her. I love how all the Sassafras sets are so cheery and fun. A couple weeks ago the deal on Peachy Cheap was for a 6x6 pad, felties, brads, flowers, stamps, and stickers - all for $14.99. I just couldn't resist for that price, lol. I also used Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #115 for this.

Paper: Sassafras Apple Jack
Stamps: The Greeting Farm, sentiment is PTI
PTI Buttons, Twine, Cuttlebug Dies, American Crafts Brads, Copics, Rhinestones

I used my flower dies and pop dots to make matching embellishments for my card. I have felt too, but none that would match this paper pack. I hope you all have a great Monday! It's back to work for me...and Bachelorette tonight!
